Lumora Rise uses a gradual light simulation designed to mimic the natural sunrise. Instead of waking abruptly to loud alarms, the light slowly brightens as your wake time approaches, helping you wake more gently.
Additional features may include adjustable light settings, sound options, and other smart functions depending on the model.
2. Does Lumora Rise use an app or Wi-Fi?
Some features may be controlled through on-device settings or a companion mobile app, depending on the version.

3. How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times are:
- Canada & United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–25 business days

5. Is Lumora Rise safe to use overnight?
Lumora Rise uses LED lighting designed for low heat and energy efficiency. However, individual sensitivity varies.
We recommend using the product according to the included instructions and discontinuing use if you experience discomfort.
6. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will review your case and determine the appropriate resolution.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. Once processing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

8. Will I be charged customs fees?
